This business runs guided early-morning birding trips from November to March to the Najafgarh Jheel wetland and the raised banks of the Najafgarh drain near Dhansa, on the Delhi–Haryana border. Each trip includes a guide who knows the birds, binoculars and a spotting scope (a small telescope on a stand) to borrow, pick-up by hired van from Dwarka, and breakfast with fresh curd, lassi and white butter at a dairy family's home in a nearby Najafgarh village.
The old Najafgarh lake was mostly drained decades ago, but the wetland that remains still draws large flocks of migrating ducks, cranes and other waterbirds every winter, and birdwatchers count them there each year.
