By using Nilam (the website, app, and any related services operated by MoonProduct, India) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Nilam is

Nilam publishes editorial writeups of small-business opportunities organised by Indian district. The data (capital costs, payback periods, market sizes, scheme rules) is researched from public sources and is indicative. It is not financial advice or a guarantee of returns. You are responsible for your own due diligence and any decisions you take based on what you read here.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to sign in.
• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email and phone secure. Sign-in is via OTP, so anyone with access to your inbox or phone could sign in as you.
• You may use Nilam's public content (writeups, opportunity data) for personal research. Please don't scrape or republish at scale without permission.

Comments & Q&A

• Anything you post in discussions or questions is public. Don't post things you wouldn't want public.
• Don't post abusive, harassing, defamatory, illegal, or spam content. We reserve the right to soft-delete anything that crosses these lines, with or without warning.
• You retain ownership of what you post; you grant us a license to display it on Nilam.

Nilam Plus & payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in INR via Razorpay. Cancellation, refund, and renewal terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• One-time DPR purchases are non-refundable once generation has started, except in case of a documented service failure (DPR never delivered).
• Subscriber-only AI answers are subject to fair-use limits (currently 50 questions / month per subscriber). Heavy use beyond reasonable individual research may be rate- limited or charged extra; we'll write to you before making any change.

Disclaimer

The opportunity data, financial figures, scheme references, and AI-generated content on Nilam are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. Investment, business, and regulatory decisions remain entirely your own. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MoonProduct will not be liable for any losses arising from use of the service.

Changes & jurisdiction

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via email. These terms are governed by Indian law; disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
