Refund & Cancellation Policy

We try to be straightforward about money. Here's what you can expect.

Nilam Plus subscription (₹149 / month)

• Cancel any time.Your subscription stops renewing from the next billing cycle. You keep access for the period you've already paid for.
• Refund within 7 days of first sign-up.If you sign up and decide it isn't for you, email us within 7 days for a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, mid-month refunds aren't available; cancel and stop the next charge instead.
• How to cancel: open your Razorpay receipt email → "Cancel subscription". Or write to us and we cancel from our end.

One-time DPR purchase

• DPR (Detailed Project Report) is generated on-demand from your inputs. Once generation has started, the report is non-refundable.
• If generation fails (the report never delivers, or returns an obviously corrupted document) we re-run generation at no extra charge or refund in full. Email us with your order ID.
• DPR refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

Failed payments

If a payment fails (bank decline, network issue, expired card), Razorpay retries automatically. If retries fail, your subscription pauses; reactivate by updating your card. We never charge for failed payments.

Disputes

If something feels wrong on a charge, write to us first at [email protected] with your order or subscription ID and we'll resolve it fast. Chargebacks raised before we've had a chance to help us tend to be slower for everyone — please give us a shot first.
