For each idea, you'll see what it costs to start, what it could earn, and what's hard about it. Save what catches your eye, send to a friend, and when you're ready we'll put together a project report you can take to your bank.

Kargil
Kargil's Halman and Khante valleys produce 8,000+ tonnes of apricot annually but lack of cold storage and processing means 30%+ rots before market. A small dryer + oil-press unit captures both export-grade dried fruit and premium apricot kernel oil.
Leh
Leh's nomadic Changpa community herds the world's only Pashmina goats but raw fibre exits to Kashmir for processing — the high margin captured downstream, not by the herders. A grading-cleaning-spinning co-op redirects 2–3× more value to the source.
