You need an FSSAI food licence, a clean production hall, a blast freezer (which freezes food very fast so it keeps its texture), a cold room, packing machines and reliable power backup. The hard part is keeping food frozen all the way to the buyer's freezer. One warm truck or shop freezer on the way spoils stock and your name. Shelf-life testing, keeping recipes the same batch after batch, and paying for freezer space in shops also take time and money.
Start with Pune supermarkets, grocery delivery apps, caterers and office canteens. Once quality is steady, approach importers who supply Indian grocery stores in the Gulf, Britain and North America.
