The honest constraints: curcumin is heat-sensitive, so over-drying destroys the very thing buyers pay for — drying-temperature control is the core skill; export needs consistent moisture spec, organic certification to carry the premium, and Spice Board registration. Leaf-to-Imphal logistics over hill roads add cost and time. Start with sliced dried turmeric for export, where the curcumin story sells, and add fine powder once moisture and microbial specs are reliably hit.
