The operator runs a chiller of several thousand litres, a milk-testing lab (fat, SNF, microbial count, adulterant screening), and dispatch logistics, supplying Nestle's plant plus one or two regional processors on recurring B2B contracts — quality-tested aggregated milk fetches a premium over loose commodity collection. The hard part is staying disciplined, not finding buyers: an anchor processor enforces tight quality specs, so any cold-chain lapse or testing error loses the contract; chiller uptime, accurate testing, and dawn-to-dispatch timing are unforgiving; and margins are thin per litre, so volume and zero rejection matter.
