This is a small tour service that plans and runs day trips for visitors who arrive in Patna. You hire cars and minibuses for each booking, send a trained guide with every group, and sell fixed routes: a Patna day with Takht Sri Patna Sahib, the Bihar Museum, Golghar and the Kumhrar ruins of ancient Pataliputra; a Vaishali day across the Ganga; and a Nalanda and Rajgir day.
Patna is the state capital, with an airport and major rail junctions, so many visitors start here. Patna Sahib is one of the holiest places for Sikhs and draws large crowds for Guru Gobind Singh's birth anniversary. Buddhist pilgrims from Sri Lanka, Thailand, Myanmar and other countries travel to Nalanda, Rajgir, Vaishali and Bodh Gaya, and many pass through Patna.
You need a registered business, drivers with commercial permits and insurance, and guides who know the history and speak simple English or Hindi with patience. The hard part is the season: most foreign pilgrims come in the cooler months, and summer is slow. Long road days tire elderly pilgrims, so plan rest and meal stops well. Station taxi drivers already offer cheap trips, so your edge is a guide, fixed prices and safety.
