This is a paid self-study library: a quiet hall with separate desks, good lights, fans or air conditioning, power backup, Wi-Fi, lockers, drinking water and clean toilets. Students pay a monthly fee for a fixed seat and time slot, and study their own books. You do not teach.
Patna is where much of Bihar comes to prepare for exams.
