Kolasib's NABARD plan for 2023-24 sees about Rs.134.42 crore in bankable opportunity across the district. Farming and allied work is the biggest slice at Rs.61.22 crore (about 46% of the plan), while small business (MSME) is close behind at Rs.49 crore; housing loans add another Rs.21.65 crore.
The strongest farm bets are livestock and plantations.
